DREAMFLASH is a kind of flashmob, particularly popular among youth. I'm not sure about the names of this activity in other languages and cultures, so I'd better explain the idea: as many people, as possible, dressed as geeky, as possible, smiling as shiny, as possible, gather at the streets and start blowing soap bubbles.)))
I started drawing The Duette as smiling people, but... it's the music's fault, that they turned out to be a little more DREAMY, than were supposed to be. I've been listening to Tori Amos' "Give" from her latest album. You can listen to the song here, if you're interested.
All work done in PShopCS2 with a traditional lineart, as a base, and some photos of soap bubbles.
One of my friends has recently said, that I should start making "postcard series for those, who are desperately in love" with these characters... that's the best appreciation of my work I could ever think of.
Huh, I DO understand you. Due to too much work and bit of illness I haven't seen the tiniest dream for nearly a month - yet now situation seems to improve...)))
p.s. the're eyes are fantastic!

Voilà, le soir qui tombe. C’est l’heure des renards, et pas des poules.
