This was drawn at the very beginning of August...
I guess, only those who are completely not interested in the theme, did not draw Snape in "Always..." scene of the "Harry Potter & Deathly Hallows" by J.K.Rowling. I remember, that I was sitting at the attic of the village house, where I spent my August, and listening to the "Tears And Rain" by James Blunt. I cannot say the song is that sad - it's just very tranquil and peaceful. Add to this some raining outside my window, and I guess you'll understand the mood. After all, I thought, that the mood was proper. I took some water, some Indian ink and... suddenly imagined, how can prof. Snape look, when reading the mentioned book.)) The drawing was finished in 30 minutes or so, and I guess, that Snape looks more like Crane from 'The Sleepy Hollow' movie, yet... I like it. I just like it. With all the mood, the music and rain. |
